food for replace
In a never-ending effort to find healthy no-process food to fit in my daily life, I decided to try out something new about this product, it took me more time but definitely is more healthy

Cook the oats in 2 cups of water and 1 of milk for about 2 - 3 minutes, then add the apples, 2 cinnamon sticks and the honey, mix all the ingredients well

Hungry Planet: What the world Eats by Peter Menzel

I was surfing the web and I found this interesting article about eating culture of some countries around the world, is a photojournalist work by the photographer Peter Menzel and the writter Faith D' Alusio, they portrayed 30 families in 24 countries of every continent
The contrast fact is really interesting, it seems to me that developed countries eat more junk and process food than underdeveloped ones.
Despite of poverty of some underdeveloped ones, they consume low-cost products and more healthy products, that makes me wonder about the real human development, every day is more clear to me that economical development is not link to human human development .. maybe economical development makes us decrease in some human aspects.

5 hours!

Today had been an exhausting day.. around 6 hours in open english's platform.. exhausted but rewarding.
Lessons were about past progressive tense, travelling, I really enjoy the street talk sections, always allows me to know expressions in common talks of native americans.. - north american I should said, I am american either! jajaja - anyway is comfortable to know that I remember a lots of things that I haven't practiced long time ago. Was kind of difficult the worksheet0398, talked about measure, geometry.. math!!! and stuff like that, I think is because I not so good in numbers... correction, I don't like numbers, maybe if I hadn't grown with such a wicked teacher that makes me hate math, I still remember her voice like a chalk scratching a blackboard.. ugggg :S .. terrible.. years later I found amazing things about math.. the reconciliation! :) but was too late ... I had already learned about the sweet touch of colors and shapes and how influence us ...then came signs, typography, art history, semiotics, apple, ufff jajaja was amazing!

again ..thanks open english for such a great day!

PD: I know I need to practice past perfect tense!

late. late. late

its really late, been exactly 1am.. I know, i should be sleeping, tomorrow I have to work, but I need to catch up my lessons, I fail in my goal the last week so I need to recover those training hours.
Sometimes I think I hang out surfing the web in others things instead of doing what I have to do... well in those surfing I recently find a good place where to download books, that allows me to read occasionally while Im working - hope cj doesn't read this / jajaja - but obviously the taste of having a book in my hands its ...... mmm .... no words..
anyway, today I found lovely pictures that makes bring up to my mind that I have my little ones, those little ones that I let somewhere in my hard disk for having no time, so I make me some time to play with them... and to play with my dog, too .... I think she's getting insane, that's what I read somewhere.

1.46!! see ya!!

here is one of my little ones, the picture not the baby! jajaja ... the uggly pretty baby is my nephew and the other my sister, this is a selection I made for a dear friend who never write jajaja

my third world.

hi invisible reader!.. I decided to write a blog while I was practicing my english in my openenglish course, why? ..mmm well I thought in that right moment that if I had another tool to practice english would be better for me.. you know, practice makes you perfect.. that's my couch says in every podcast session, and obviously Im agree
I should warning you about some grammatical horror, maybe vocabulary invention or another catastrophe, I insist this is only to force me to write and think more in english because I'm not so enthusiastic about blogs and those things, I wish, but many factors like time, work, more work, lunch, mentevisual.com.ec, family, photoshop, i said work?!? ..make me difficult to do it
anyway, I thanks to openenglish for such a good tool for english student, and if somebody if in there, don't get hurt with my newly english.. i promise be better in a few months... and feel free to correct!! :D
