In a never-ending effort to find healthy no-process food to fit in my daily life, I decided to try out something new about this product, it took me more time but definitely is more healthy- Quaker oats - 2 cups
- Milk - 1 cup
- honey - 2 tablespoons
- apple - 2
- cinnamon
Cook the oats in 2 cups of water and 1 of milk for about 2 - 3 minutes, then add the apples, 2 cinnamon sticks and the honey, mix all the ingredients well
In a bowl serve the remaining milk, the apples dice on the quaker oats, some cinnamon powder ..and enjoy!
PD: I know! was tooooooo easy, but was fun and relaxing! :D .. remember practice makes perfect!
